Valentine Avoh first created her blog in 2010, and in just four short years, she has established herself as one of Belgium’s top fashion bloggers.

Valentine is a Belgium native, born and raised, but moved to London when she was 19 to study fashion design at the London College of Fashion. Since then she has worked with some of the most renowned names in fashion, most notably as a studio assistant and later a seamstress for British fashion designer Alexander McQueen.

Now, Valentine works with private clients and spends her time designing beautiful gowns and bridal dresses. She also works as a stylist, is a full-time blogger, and often collaborates with Elle Belgium.

Valentine first started her blog, “ to give people an insight into the fashion world, share it’s little secrets as well as my experiences, my inspirations and my design,” and she says, “thanks to [that], I had the opportunity to become a guest editor for Elle Belgium for which I write articles in their online wedding section.”

When Valentine is not dedicating her time to fashion she likes to travel, watch old movies, and spend quality time with her friends and family. As for her personal style? Valentine loves to mix high-end products with cool streetwear, and doesn’t mind dressing up or down.
